Choosing to work with Dani Beyer Real Estate was easy for us. We had worked with Dani in 2012 to buy a new home in Mission, KS and sell the existing home in Olathe, KS that we had resided. That experience was seamless and the transition into the new home was simple. In 2019, We decided to look for land to purchase to build a house on. With Dani Beyer's assistance we found the perfect 10 acre lot outside of Platte City, MO. Dani assisted us with the purchase of the land and when we were ready to sell our Mission home, we looked no further than Dani Beyer Real Estate. Dani walked through the home to see all the updates that we had made. She pulled numbers and recommended a price range that we could list our house within two days of the first walk through. A week later, we put the home on the market and in the first few days had at least 30 showings. By the end of the week, we had two offers. We talked through the offers and made a decision on the best one and began negotiating. We had planned a vacation right in the midst of the negotiations. We gave Dani's team our non-negotiables. By the time we came back from our vacation, we had a signed deal with everything we wanted.
When it was time to move from our house and sign paperwork, we had a sudden death in the family. Dani's team made that situation as easy as it could possibly be. Signing the title was well directed and quick. Dani's team did some really amazing things for us during that difficult move week, including helping us with the move. My husband and I really do consider Dani Beyer Real Estate as a part of our family. We recommend this group to anyone because we are so pleased with them. Thanks Dani!

We feel that she worked hard to market our home well and got it sold over asking. She handled our purchase well for us well and acted as a professional and knowledgeable advocate for us during negotiations and even after closing. The team at Keller Williams KC North is excellent. They gave us a true sense of belonging—something only a home can provide. Although it was difficult to leave our wonderful neighbors in a vibrant city like Kansas City, the sale experience was outstanding.

We worked with Jill Townsend to find our dream property, house,and large barn. She knew what we wanted but it hadn’t hit the market yet. We tried different scenarios of houses but none had a ranch home or barn that fit. Then it came on the market and somebody had bid on it. Jill kept texting back and forth with their realtor. Jill told her in no uncertain terms that we would be great buyers. The family before us needed us to close quickly but they needed to stay possibly a month for some unforeseen circumstances. I submitted an appointment time for a property in NKC. After talking with a rep and giving them my information, I confirmed once again the appointment time. The agent, Jordan, never showed up and then when I contacted him he called me a liar saying that I had no appointment. So it ended up being a complete waste of my time.
I then get a call from another agent from another company saying that Dani Beyer gave them my information. I never gave them permission to share my information with anyone.

First time buyer, and Sarah walked us through the whole process- with no pressure to choose DB. She listened to what was important to us and only showed us houses within those qualifications. This allowed us to move quickly and find our perfect home in just a couple of weeks, and only a couple afternoons of driving to see houses.
Once we decided on the house she handled everything! Introduced us to a great mortgage company and walked us through that process too.
Sarah is extremely knowledgeable, knowing what to look for when scrutinizing homes and giving ideas for how to make it our own.
After our purchase Sarah has kept up with us, proving resources for home improvements we’re planning and other information.

I would highly recommend working with Sarah Montgomery and her team. As first time home buyers who were new to the area, we were very fortunate to meet Sarah on our first-ever showing.
While we ended up with a new build, we had initially toured a half dozen properties with Sarah where she impressed us with her knowledge of both the features AND potential problem areas of each home. I know many people whose real estate agents just want to sell a home and will gloss over the “negatives” of a property (when something looked a little iffy in a house, her and my wife would give eachother the same smirk). I never had any doubts that Sarah was acting in OUR best interest, and she was not pushy at all when it came to scheduling additional showings.
Another thing I appreciated was that she never really tried to influence us to spend more on a home, as we ended up coming to the decision to build on our own. The building process was tricky, but she never missed a meeting with the developer or walkthrough with contractors. I’m sure it would have been easy for her to just switch on “autopilot” for the deal once we had given the earnest money for the build, but she was super involved throughout the 13 month process.
In summary, if you’re a first time buyer, you want Sarah as your realtor. She has the connections to help with potential upgrades and repairs, as well as a great understanding of what can go wrong in a house due to her background in different aspects of home repair. She also is very responsive, not pushy to make a sale, and isn’t intimidating AT ALL. Thank you Sarah!

Dani came to us as a recommendation, and after working with her, it was glaringly obvious why. We went to her with our crumbling, old house (granted-- it was in a desirable area and the market was scorching) expecting some sort of drawn-out, painful process where we'd have to replace the roof and the walls and build a new deck and, I don't know, add a 4th bedroom in order to sell, but instead, Dani swooped in, was like, "nah, don't bother painting the kitchen. They'll just repaint it once they buy it," AND THEY DID. (Well, I don't know if they repainted the kitchen. Maybe, because it was this crazy mustard color. But I mean, they DID buy it. The house. Fast.)
The process was SO fast that it made my head spin. In a good way. We sold days after listing, and at a price that we felt was more than fair. Every aspect of the sale was seamless and simple. She negotiated an extended close on our behalf, the paperwork was, well, paperwork sucks when you buy or sell a home, but that's not Dani's fault... anyway, next thing we know, we're many thousands of dollars richer and happy not having to worry about our old house.
We'd use Dani again, and so should every single person in Kansas City or the surrounding area. I'm serious.

We needed to sell my husband's childhood home. The place was special to him as many wonderful memories were born there, family traditions were shared and passed down within its walls, and this was the place where family from out of town stayed for days at a time instead of a hotel. The place was magical to us as my father-in-law married us in the cozy living room on a rainy but glorious day in 2014. The home was special and we knew that the agency to which we entrusted its sale had to be special also. I contacted Amber at Dani Byer and was immediately put at ease. Her approach wasn't about the transaction we could possibly complete. I immediately felt that she knew how important...and difficult this experience was for us. When we met her, Amber was early. It was obvious that she didn't view our home as a house nestled among other houses on the street. She saw it as the place where my husband grew up located among other homes with families; within a community. Although Amber asked the typical required questions (year built, information about the roof, etc), she asked about experiences shared in the home. As we talked about them, I noticed that Amber listened to us...on purpose. She was genuine, sincere, kind, empathetic - REAL. Amber kept us informed in a timely manner regarding the sale of our home. Jill was fantastic! Buying and selling a home is a complicated and stressful process. There are tons of options, terms, forms, procedures and stress of hoping for top dollar and best deal.
Jill was proactive and excited to find and show us homes to potentially buy. She listened intently on what we needed. She got to know us and our family to help anticipate and think of needs in a new home. She masterfully balanced presenting options and allowing us to make our own decision on our new home. We could not be happier with the results of working with Dani Beyer and her team to sell our home. She made it very clear from the start that she was solely our agent and would not be involved with the buyer in any way. She and her assistants could not have been more easy, pleasant, and fun to work with. Her stager, Jill, was superb at helping us show our home in the best way possible without overburdening us. Her operations officer, Annie, kept us continually informed and maintained excellent communications between us and the buyer's agent from start to finish. She was superb at helping us deal calmly with the issues that can arise when selling a home--issues we had not experienced in 24 years. And she wrote a top-notch description of our property for the MLS listing. Dani's "coming soon" posting strategy prior to MLS listing attracted the eventual owner on day 1. Dani leveraged the comps to recommend the perfect sales price. Early on, we thought we should make some repairs and improvements to help with the sale, but, based on her wide experience, she convinced us that we would wasting money. In the end, two potential buyers offered remarkably great terms, biding against each other, raising the final offer well above the listed price. During the last several decades of my life, I have had only a few opportunities to be a real estate seller or buyer. My recollations of those experiences (if accurate) indicate that most of the time, we sold a house very quickly and found a replacement almost as quickly. In contrast, the several months it took to sell our recent house came as a shock and concern. I'm aware that several factors beyond anyone's control contributed substantially to that long process
Your efforts, as far as we could tell, consisted of making the house available for showings and the semi-weekly open house events. I don't know what else you could have done, but as the days became weeks, then months, and as other houses in our neighborhood sold quickly, we couldn't help but wonder why our house was taking so long.

We have worked with Dani and her team for selling two of our homes. With our first home, we were live for less than 24 hours, ended up in a bidding war and received an over-asking offer + no closing costs. From listing to closing - we dotted all the i's and crossed all the t's in less than a month. With our second home, the home was on the market for slightly longer (36 hours), and we received a full offer with zero closing costs.
The only regret is not using her team when we were buying a house - lesson learned.

The entire experience with Dani and her team was classy from the very beginning. My wife had no idea what was involved with buying a house at all, and Dani took care of everything possible. She gave us an excellent overview of the process, attended all the key points of the house buying process, patiently answered our endless stream of questions (both before and after the sale), and was overall a very responsive, crucial resource for the entire experience. We highly, highly recommend working with her!
We also wanted to give a shout-out to Asha, Dani’s team member who went on all the house visits with us as we slowly figured out what we were looking for. She was really fun to hang out with and bounce ideas off of about each place we visited.
Also, Brittany York, the transaction coordinator we worked with in the process, was very helpful and informative to us!

The entire Dani Beyer team, especially Lane, my realtor, were extremely knowledgeable, informative, and communicated with me extremely well. Especially if you’re looking for a home in a super competitive market, Lane will sit down with you and eloquently explain every piece of the real estate puzzle to you in great detail. They were always by my side every step of the way and they treated my money as if it were their own. Lane worked endless hours (even till 2am) to gain our trust. I stumbled across Dani Beyer real estate just by googling. I was nervous to proceed with a company that wasn't recommended to me by someone I trust, but Desi Jostmeyer alleviated all of those concerns immediately. Our first conversation was very thorough, which I appreciated since I was moving to KC from out of state. Desi's knowledge of the market helped us avoid a bad offer on one house, and also helped us curate an offer on the home we ended up going with. If it were not for her term suggestions, we likely would've lost the house we loved the most to one of the 5 other offers. Additionally, because we are moving from out of state, so much had to be done remotely. She helped us through it every step of the way. The rest of the team i interacted with was also great. Their lender and insurance affiliation/recommendations were also the direction we went, and were great to work with. I will definitely be using Desi and the Dani Beyer team for any of our KC real estate needs in the future.

We had to relocate to the area quickly for a job and found ourselves with two agents that did not know the downtown market in KC and weren't willing to put in the effort to learn it for us. We had to move on and interview other agents that would move quickly and have the experience we needed to take care of us. Sarah was everything we could ask for and more! She took ownership of every step throughout the process and after to ensure our home buying experience was a good one.
When it came time for us to relocate years later there was no doubt that Sarah was the one to take care of us and she delivered once again!
