Planet Comicon Kansas City
Celebrating over 25 years, Planet Comicon is the region’s largest comic book and pop culture convention. Scheduled for this weekend, March 21-23, 2025, attendees can expect celebrity guests, panels and a vast array of vendors. So whether you’re cosplaying a Jedi or show up as a Furry, this is the event for you.
Kegs ‘N’ Eggs
On April 12, 2025, from 11 AM to 5 PM, enjoy a unique event combining breakfast delights with craft beers at the Kansas City Renaissance Festival grounds.
Kansas City FilmFest International
On March 27-30, 2025, people from all over the world will come to celebrate the 29th annual KC FilmFest International. With over 120 submissions plus panels, seminars and receptions, this year is sure to be a hit.
Fountain Fest 2025
Did you know Kansas City is said to have more fountains than Rome? (Psst, it’s not true, but we do have a lot!) All that to say, it’s a big day when all the fountains come back on, and Fountain Fest 2025, held in Mill Creek Park on April 19, will feature live music, food trucks and entertainment for kids – all to celebrate this fun day.
Kansas City Triathlon
For the athlete (or the glutton for punishment, as we like to call them), this May 18, 2025, event has become a staple in Kansas City over the past two decades. Offering, olympic, sprint and relay options, this regionally renowned event at Longview Lake is a Spring Kansas City event not to be missed.
We have so much to look forward to this Spring – the Royals are back, the parkways are clear, the pools will open in a couple months, people are house hunting! And there are so many Spring Kansas City Events to look forward to. We love our town!!!
