Dani Beyer Real Estate is Your Resource

If you’re wanting to stay on top of what’s going on in the Kansas City housing market, make sure you’re following Dani Beyer Real Estate on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. We release monthly video updates covering market inventory, interest rates, list to sales price averages and more.

According to the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors, the average sales price for homes in Clay County, MO, has increased by 11% over the past year, while inventory is down by 13.5%. In Platte County, we’re seeing a drastic increase in the average sales price – almost 22%, and inventory is down almost 28%.

These inventory to sales prices percentage differences just shows why we continue to be in a seller’s market and why the Kansas City housing market is so competitive. There simply aren’t enough homes for the demand of buyers that we’re seeing.
