I’m Dani Beyer, a Kansas City Realtor and the leader of Dani Beyer Real Estate at Keller Williams KC North. I’ve been licensed in Missouri and Kansas since 2004, and in 2026 RealTrends named my team the #1 real estate team in Kansas City.
But the numbers aren’t really the story. The story is how a computer science grad from Kansas City ended up spending 22 years helping people find their way home here. I’d love to tell you how it happened.
2004: From computer science to real estate
Funny thing: my background is actually in computer science. Real estate wasn’t the plan. But in 2004 I got my license, and I fell for this work almost right away.
Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest moves most people ever make. Getting to walk alongside families through that, in the city I grew up in, felt like exactly where I was supposed to be. I’ve been licensed in both Missouri and Kansas ever since.
2014: I stopped doing it alone
Ten years in, I realized my clients deserved more than one person could give. So in 2014 I started building my team.
Today Dani Beyer Real Estate has buyer’s agents, listing agents, and an operations team working behind the scenes. That means every client has real people in their corner, from the first conversation all the way to closing day.
