5th Annual Adults-Only Easter Keg (and Egg) Hunt in the Vines

$8 per person

Hope into spring and have fun being a kid again this Saturday at Jowler Creek Winery’s Adult-Only Easter Egg Hunt. You can scour the vineyard for eggs containing candies that pair perfectly with the local wines, but also prizes such as free wine glasses, corkscrews, and other great surprises including a mini-keg of beer. Kansas City Kite Club at Powell Gardens

Included with Garden admission:
Adults: $10

Children ages 5-12: $4
Members and children 4 and younger: Free

Nothing says spring like a perfect kite flying day. Bring yours to Powell Gardens this Saturday afternoon to join and watch the Kansas City Kite Club members who will bringing some of their incredible kites to fly. Wind permitting, the kites will start flying at about noon. This one-day-only event is included with regular Garden admission, so spend your day walking the trails and enjoying the fresh spring flowers. And don’t miss Out of the Blue: A Spring Butterfly Exhibit. See brilliant Blue Morpho butterflies and graceful Paper Kite butterflies fluttering about the conservatory, which is open 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Liberty Memorial Downtown Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt

10 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Bring the kids for a day of Easter fun this Saturday at the Liberty Memorial Downtown. The Easter Egg Hunt at Liberty Memorial will be fun for the whole family, so bring the Easter baskets along to this gathering of community at one of Downtown Kansas City’s most famous landmarks. Enjoy a wide variety of activities including petting zoo animals, cookie decorating, bounce houses, bubbles, temporary tattoos, games, crafts and many more fun family activities such as a big egg hunt and special visit by the Easter Bunny.
