Disney’s The Little Mermaid

Showing June 3 – 11
Show Time: 8 p.m.
Gates Open: 7 p.m.

Disney’s The Little Mermaid is coming to Starlight starting this Saturday through June 11th. Based upon Hans Christian Andersen’s timeless tale of love, Disney’s The Little Mermaid is a big splash of a family musical with eye-popping visuals and an award-winning score. Fascinated by the world and lives of people on dry land, mermaid Princess Ariel longs to join them someday, although her father, King Triton, forbids contact. When she falls in love with human Prince Eric from afar, she makes a deal with her father’s sister and enemy Ursula to be temporarily transformed into a human. If she wins the kiss of true love from her prince within three days, she’ll remain human. Only love can remedy the dangerous showdown between good and evil. Twenty-seven years after the release of Disney’s animated film, this love story continues to capture the hearts of young and old alike. The show features the music audiences have grown to love, including “Part of Your World,” “Kiss the Girl” and the Academy Award-winning “Under the Sea.”
